F-360: Precision filling for food packaging

The F-360 provides accurate and controlled filling for a wide range of food products. It transfers products from a multihead weigher into trays while maintaining low drop heights and controlled filling movements.

Servo-controlled movements and programmable height adjustment ensure accurate and consistent product distribution. This helps reduce product spillage and unnecessary product handling while improving filling accuracy and line capacity.

The F-360 can be equipped with an integrated pressing and tamping unit for products such as leafy greens. The tampers gently press the product down into the tray, helping to use the available space efficiently and keeping the product below the tray edge.

The F-360 uses exchangeable tooling, allowing operators to switch between different tray formats quickly and reliably without the use of tools. This provides flexibility when working with different packaging formats.
